Steak with asparagus & tomatoes

Choose your favorite cut of meat: strip loin or filet are ideal for this. Season to taste, and gently sear on our CuisineStone. Cook to your ideal level from rare to well done, turning the steak as little as possible to retain the juices.  The steak will simmer in its own juices keeping it incredibly flavorsome.
